FOR USERS:
- Upload and organize documents using structured folders and nested subfolders for efficient content management—whether in MyDrive, or within a specific Group or Page.
- Assign categories and tags to documents to enable streamlined classification, filtering, and quick retrieval.
- Leverage social features by sharing documents across the MetaFox platform, with built-in support for likes and comments to foster collaboration and engagement.
FOR ADMINISTRATORS
- Manage and assign user permissions for creating documents and folders, approving submissions, liking, and saving documents.
- The system supports up to 5 levels of nested subfolders. Administrators can define the maximum number of direct subfolders allowed under each parent folder to maintain a well-structured organization.
- Create and manage document categories to ensure consistent classification across the platform.
- Manage all documents created by users across the site, with full administrative access and control.

User Features
1. Folder Management
- Users can create folders and subfolders to organize documents.
- The number of subfolders allowed within each folder is limited and defined by administrators in the AdminCP.
2. Document Management
- Upload documents to:
- A specific folder or subfolder in MyDrive or the root folder of MyDrive
- A specific Group or Page
- Edit or delete documents (if the user has permission).
- Browse and access documents that the user has permission to view.
3. Navigation & Views
- Quick access to categorized document views:
- All Documents – View all accessible documents.
- My Documents – View documents uploaded by the user.
- Friends’ Documents – View documents shared by friends.
- Pending Documents – View documents awaiting approval.
- MyDrive view displays all personal folders and uploaded documents.
4. Document Review
- Preview documents directly on the platform (PDF format supported).
- Download documents directly from the platform.
5. Search & Filter: Search for documents by: Author, Categories and other available filters…
6. Social & Engagement Features
- Like, comment on, share, and report documents to engage or flag content.
- Highlight documents through sponsorship or featuring options.

1. Category Management
- Create, edit, and delete document categories.
- Reorder categories using drag-and-drop functionality.
2. Permission Management
- Assign permissions based on user roles, including the ability to:
- Create folders
- Upload documents
- Browse and view documents
- Approve documents
- Share, comment on, and report documents
3. Settings
- Set a default category for newly created documents.
- Define the maximum allowed upload file size.
- Specify the maximum number of direct subfolders allowed under each parent folder.
4. Document Management
